Glyclean 'Extender' Products
The Glyclean Domestic Formula ('Extender') is the main chemical needed to perform the recycling process. If the fleet being recycled is well maintained usually this is the only chemical you would need. The other chemicals are "specialty" chemicals for situations that may arise during the recycling process of used coolant.
FPPF Recomends, that to check for proper cooling system corrosion maintenance, a SCA test (including both Nitrate & Molybdate) in conjunction with a freeze point and PH test be performed at 10,000 - 12,000 mile intervals or 300 operating hours for low mileage vehicles.
